Day #19
Today I meant to tell you something about InDesign, the professional DTP program by Adobe.
This will be for another day, instead I went for a walk with my friend and her dog on Bruderholz near Basel. Bruderholz used to be my favourite place to go walking with Chica all these years.
It is here that I have learnt to recognize and appreciate the cycles of nature, witnessing the first blossoms in early spring, the ripe wheat in summer, the corn fields in late summer, the changing of colours in autumn and the bare and yet beautiful fields in winter.

I am glad to have decided to go outside and change my daily routine. This is what I miss so much since Chica has left this world: my daily exercise within nature and feeling more grounded.
We have the choice which path we choose
Day #19 We always have the option to decide ourselves!
