Some people are hunters and some people are collectors. Guess to which group I belong?

I grew up in a family that loved beautiful things from antique furniture to stylish clothes (next to homemade food) and I inherited the collecting gene. For years my home looked like a museum, in recent years I have downsized a little bit by selling the odd piece and bit and helping my daughter to set up her own household.

I love to travel, explore different cultures and visit the local shops and markets. I cannot resist a bargain and along the way I pick up many oddities and pieces of art.

Here you’ll find a selection of objects, home and decoration accessories that also make lovely gifts. Some items have been in my family for generations and others are travel mementoes. I do not buy bulk and only keep a few items on stock.
