Day 1
It seems like I have turned a leaf, how aptly named since we are nearing the season of autumn when leaves will dress themselves in beautiful colours in all shades from yellow, orange to flaming red, when harvesting takes place, when days are still sunny starting with chilly mornings and trying to reach summer status at midday, when afternoons beg us to enjoy the warmth and be aware of its fleeting nature, when evenings will invite us for an evening stroll deeply breathing in the fresh air.

I have turned a new page: Sunday, September 1, 2013. And I have a plan: I will post every day this month, I want to get back into the spirit of blogging.
When I mentioned it to Lori Gosselin of Life, for Instance today, she said: This is very ambitious! It is nice to be called ambitious for a change.
I will not bore you with my daily activities, when I get up, when I brush my teeth, when I go to the loo but I plan to offer you content. Well, maybe on some days, there will be only a picture but this can have content as well.
I am all excited about it and this has set the tone for my mood today: excited and looking forward to a very challenging month!
Any bets on it?
Or are you joining me in the challenge?

What an ambitious undertaking Barbara: I’m here to cheer you on! Cheers! Kaarina
KDillabough Ah, Kaarina, thank you so much! It certainly is an ambitious undertaking, what with neglecting my blog for quite some time and we both know how fickle the online world is!
What the heck, in the end the important things are my friends and this will count forever!
Here’s to friendship and Tuscany! Cheers!
I salute you Barbara but I will not be taking up the challenge just yet 😮 I’ve just started that Terra Cotta Pendants blog and have to dedicate some time to building it. I am looking forward to your daily posts though 🙂 What a fun project! I can’t wait to see what you think of it and what it does for you!

Lori Hey, Lori, I trust your day has been good to you and our prayers answered! You know I love your Terry Cotta Pendants blog (you are welcome to link it here anytime!) and we share so much!
Amazing that ever since I contemplated the daily posts I have a myriad of things to post about, it will take some discipline and hopefully a lot of interaction to keep me going!
xoxo Barbara
I am a fan of daily blogging. It offers multiple benefits. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.
Joshua Wilner/A Writer Writes This is sheer encouragement coming from you, Josh, thank you so much. On an empty stomach it looks rather forbidding (which reminds me to have some breakfast) but I am game!
Have a great week, Josh!
I’d love to be able to join you in your challenge, Barbara, but if I’m realistic it would mean even less sleep. I can feel the creative energy all the way over here in South Florida, and I look forward to 30 glowing touches from you!
Hi, Sharon, I know exactly what you mean. I need this challenge to get back into blogging, ever since Chica’s health started to fail in November last year, I have been posting less and less. Mostly due to sleepless nights and growing worries and sadness because I knew I was going to lose her.
But you are so consistent in blogging and (from what I can see) interacting online, and probably a myriad of other things as well. My respect, Sharon, and thanks for the encouragement. I should have chosen February!!!
